Iki-jime, Seafood by Vue, celebrates the unparalleled calibre of Australian produce with a constantly evolving menu inspired by topography and seasonality. First opened in 2017 as the new iteration of Shannon Bennett's Bistro Vue, the restaurant has departed from its famous French predecessor with an inky blue, moody backdrop and seafood-driven philosophy. Each dish is carefully curated and considered, aiming to highlight the quality of local ingredients rather than hide behind theatre and flair. Paying homage to the ethical fishing technique, Iki-Jime, all seafood on the menu is locally sourced and individual line-caught.
