The old heritage listed building has been transformed into a warm space with exposed brick, original steel beams, wooded furnishings and a copper wall that wows! With a central kitchen where chefs plate up dishes in full view of the diners His contemporary share style menu is divided into Omnivore and herbivore (Vegan) options with favourites such as “Gunpowder Salmon, Green Curry Black Ant’s & “ Emu Tartare, Cured Egg, Shallot” This pared with their unique wine list showcasing Australian small produces, using bio dynamic and minimal intervention techniques
