We aim to connect our guests with the vineyards, the wines, the farm, and more broadly the Barossa itself. The stables at Hentley Farm, originally built in the 1880s have been meticulously restored and converted into a contemporary dining room, with a more recent extension offering stunning vineyard views. Head chef Lachlan Colwill has created two set tasting menu offerings, with a strong focus on utilising produce from our unique microclimate on the banks of Greenock Creek, from wildly growing on the property and in the waterways to our onsite garden beds. From there we look to showcase the highest quality produce that the Barossa and surrounding regions have to offer, paired with our award winning estate wines.
