Into this cavernous, industrial space comes a French bistro co-owned by best friends, Chef Frederic Colin (hailing from Michelin-star restaurants) and luxe sommelier Lionel Richard. Following the pair’s slew of success in various other venues, Bistrot Gavroche offers an intimate dining experience. Its menu pays homage to the defining dishes of Chef Frederic’s childhood, when he began cooking in Grandpa Henri’s restaurant at the age of ten.
