Little sister to The Restaurant Pendolino, La Rosa The Strand is an elegant Roman wine bar and osteria located in Sydney’s historic Strand Arcade. La Rosa The Strand has one of the country's most unique and extensive selection of boutique Italian and Australian wines, hand-picked annually by executive chef and owner, Nino Zoccali and group sommelier, Cristian Casarin. The restaurant features a range of premium local and imported ingredients and artisanal age-old Roman cooking methods to present an exquisite, authentic Italian dining experience. All breads and pastas are hand–made daily in the restaurant's dedicated pasta kitchen, and the star of the menu, the Golden Plains Ariccio Style Porchetta with Rosemary, Garlic and Tellicherry Black Pepper is slow roasted to perfection on a custom-made volcanic rock spit rotisserie.
