Ash and his team design menus that changes constantly based on what is harvested that day. Whether it’s fresh seasonal vegetables handpicked from the market garden, local Freshwater Cray or beef from the property, this is dining in its purest form. Homage restaurant has been awarded one chef hat in both the 2016 Brisbane Times Good Food Guide awards and the 2015 Australian Good Food and Travel Guide Chef Hat awards.
