Miki's Open Kitchen
Our concept at Mikis is using local seasonal ingredients based on modern Japanese techniques served Miki's way. Miki and his team provide unique and tempura dishes using traditional copper pots, shallow frying in canola oil. Guests are invited to experience one of Miki's 6 course degustation menus with optional wine or sake pairing sitting around the open kitchen, watching the chefs at work. Mikis Open Kitchen operates 2 sittings each night, the first beginning from 6pm and the second from 8.15pm.
