'The award winning Cullen Restaurant and Cellar Door are housed in the historic granite stone and timber building on the Cullen Estate on Caves Road, Wilyabrup. In winter guests can enjoy the warmth and comfort of the open fireplace, watching the rains roll in over the vineyard. In warmer months, we open up the Restaurant and set tables on the veranda and the lawns under the shady peppermint trees, where guests can sit back, relax and enjoy long lazy lunches while the old vines whisper and hum around them. The menu is carefully designed by our Executive Chef to match our remarkable range of wines, and features locally grown and organic ingredients along with seasonal herbs, bush tucker, fruit and vegetables from our own certified biodynamic gardens. The entire Cullen Estate (including the adjacent Mangan Vineyard) is certified biodynamic, 100% carbon neutral, water self-sufficient, naturally powered and has no additives or chemical intervention.
