Originating from near Bologna in Italy, Domenico has had a stellar career in some of Europe and Australia's best restaurants. Guided by renowned chefs including Luca Marchini, Piergiorgio Parini and Andrea Accordi, he’s been employed in Michelin star establishments in London, Italy and Prague, and has worked in Australia with celebrated chefs Luke Mangan and Neil Perry.
